Breathing is so important that you can’t live without it. Explore the anatomy and physiology of breathing and the use of the diaphragm as a muscle. Study the effects of poor breathing and the benefits of breathing well. Learn Pilates exercises to help your clients breath better and breathing exercises to improve your Pilates. Enjoy a mat class with focus on breathing, and take home breathing variations to use in your practice immediately.
